Eggs!

Method

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
  2. Gently lower eggs into the water with a slotted spoon.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes then remove eggs to a bowl and run under water until cool enough to handle.
  4. Serve with dipping options like the below!

 

DIPPING IDEAS

  • Siracha Mayonnaise (1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 tbsp Siracha hot sauce)
  • BBQ Salt (1 part sea salt flakes, to 2 parts smoked paprika, ground coriander, and ground cumin)
  • Store bought dukkah
  • Truffle salt
  • Curried mayonnaise
  • Aioli
