Ingredients
Eggs!
Method
- Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
- Gently lower eggs into the water with a slotted spoon.
- Boil for 5 minutes then remove eggs to a bowl and run under water until cool enough to handle.
- Serve with dipping options like the below!
DIPPING IDEAS
- Siracha Mayonnaise (1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 tbsp Siracha hot sauce)
- BBQ Salt (1 part sea salt flakes, to 2 parts smoked paprika, ground coriander, and ground cumin)
- Store bought dukkah
- Truffle salt
- Curried mayonnaise
- Aioli
